We take your data seriously.
Here's what we do to protect it.
Encryption in transit and at rest
All data transferred to and from DMB-One is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Sensitive data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
Access controls
Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only, using multi-factor authentication and the principle of least privilege. We audit access regularly.
Monitoring and alerting
Our infrastructure is continuously monitored for unusual activity. Automated alerts flag anomalies so our team can respond quickly to potential threats.
Third-party audits
We engage independent security researchers to review our platform. Findings are prioritised and addressed according to severity.
Incident response
We have a documented incident response plan. In the event of a confirmed breach, we will notify affected users promptly and in accordance with applicable law.
Vendor due diligence
Third-party providers who process data on our behalf are vetted for their security practices and bound by data processing agreements.
