Data Deletion

Last updated: July 2026

You are always in control of your data. This page explains how to disconnect a linked account, delete your DMB-One account entirely, and request deletion of information obtained from platforms you connect — including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and X.

1. Disconnect a single connected account

To stop DMB-One from accessing one platform (for example, your Facebook Page, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn), disconnect it directly:

  • Sign in to DMB-One and open the Connections page.
  • Find the account you want to remove and click Disconnect.
  • We immediately revoke and delete the stored access tokens for that account and stop accessing the platform. Analytics and content we derived only from that connection are removed.

You can also revoke DMB-One’s access from the provider’s own settings — for example, Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Apps and Websites, or your Google Account under Security → Third-party access.

2. Delete your entire account and data

To delete your DMB-One account and all associated personal data:

  • Sign in and go to Settings → account, then choose Delete account; or
  • Email privacy@digitalmarketingbees.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data".

When you delete your account, we revoke every connected-account token, delete the content and analytics we hold for you, and delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within 90 days — except records we are legally required to retain (such as invoices for tax purposes).

3. Facebook & Instagram (Meta) data deletion

This page also serves as the Data Deletion Instructions for DMB-One’s Meta integration. If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you can request deletion of the data obtained through Meta in two ways:

  • Remove the DMB-One app from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove DigitalMarketingBees). Removing the app signals us to delete the Platform Data associated with your connection.
  • Or email privacy@digitalmarketingbees.com with your Facebook/Instagram handle and we will delete the associated data and confirm once complete.

4. What gets deleted

  • Encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens for the connected account(s).
  • Profile identifiers, page/channel references, and handles obtained from the platform.
  • Post records, scheduled items, and analytics/insights derived from the connection.
  • For a full account deletion: your profile, workspace content, and other personal data, subject to the legal-retention exceptions noted above.

5. Timing and confirmation

Disconnecting an account takes effect immediately. Full account-deletion requests are completed within 90 days, and typically much sooner. If you email us, we acknowledge your request promptly and confirm once the deletion is complete.
