Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using DMB-One, including when you publish to or pull data from connected social and analytics platforms. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use DMB-One to create, upload, publish, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
- Is hateful, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence or discrimination.
- Is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise obscene.
- Contains malware, or links intended to phish, scam, or harm.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or engage in inauthentic or automated behaviour that violates a platform’s rules.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits, security, or usage controls.
- Scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for a business or brand.
3. Respecting connected platforms
When you publish or retrieve data through a connected account (such as Google, YouTube, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or X), you must also comply with that platform’s own terms, community standards, and advertising or content policies. You are responsible for the content you publish through DMB-One and for having the rights and permissions to post it. Violating a platform’s rules can result in that platform restricting your account and may lead us to suspend the integration.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action — including removing content, suspending features, or terminating accounts — as described in our Terms of Service. Serious or illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
